Orders & Fulfillment
1. How does ordering from the webshop work?
When you place an order, it is automatically sent to our print-on-demand partner. Each product is made specifically for you after the order is placed, rather than taken from existing stock.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once production has started, changes are usually no longer possible. In case of a critical issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review what may still be possible.
3. Why does processing take a few days?
Because each product is made on demand, it takes several business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipping.

4. Why does delivery take longer than standard webshops?
We work with on-demand production and do not keep large inventories. Your product is made after ordering, which increases delivery time but helps reduce waste and overproduction.
5. How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time includes production (usually several business days) and shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the specific product.
6. Where are the products produced?
We aim to produce items in the region closest to where the order is placed. However, depending on availability, product type, or production capacity, items may be produced in a different location.
7. Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. Products may be produced in different facilities or packaged separately. As a result, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
8. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

If your item is damaged, incorrect, misprinted, or defective, please contact us before sending anything back. We first need to register the issue and coordinate the next steps with our fulfillment partner. Depending on the situation, a return, replacement, or another appropriate solution may be offered.
Without prior contact and coordination, we cannot guarantee that a return will be processed correctly. Please report any issues as soon as possible after delivery, and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
