Born in Berlin and with over 15 years of experience in international marketing and communications, Maria volunteers at The North Splash, shaping our marketing and communications strategy. She develops campaigns, manages our communication channels, and connects us with players, parents, and partners. Thanks to her expertise, we continue to grow rapidly.

Director of Basketball Operations

Kiran Jones

Born in Alkmaar, he brings a unique combination of sporting passion and academic expertise. For more than 15 years, he has been active at every level of (international) basketball, from the Netherlands to Aruba, Spain, and Italy. With an academic background in sports business management and sports law, he stands at the intersection of tactics, strategy, and legal professionalism. His in-depth knowledge of the game and sharp mind ensure that our academy not only excels in top-quality training but is also built on a solid, future-oriented structure.
