1. Organizer
The North Splash World Hoops Classic 5v5 Tournament (the “Tournament”) is organized by TNS Basketball Academy B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under Dutch law, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. Scope & Applicability
These Participation Conditions and Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all teams and individual players registering for and/or participating in the Tournament.
By registering a team, the registering person (the “Team Captain”) confirms that they:
• Are authorized to register the team; and
• Accept these Terms on behalf of all team members.
3. Eligibility & Team Composition
3.1 Age Requirement
All players must be at least sixteen (16) years of age on the first day of the Tournament.
3.2 Team Size
Teams must consist of:
• A minimum of eight (8) players; and
• A maximum of fourteen (14) players.
3.3 Player Responsibility
All players participate on a voluntary basis and are responsible for their own physical readiness to compete.
4. Registration, Deadline, Capacity & Payment
4.1 Registration Process
• Team registration must be completed via the official Tournament website.
• Registration includes:
• Completion of the registration form; and
• Full payment of the participation fee.
• Registration is only considered final and binding after payment has been successfully completed.
4.2 Registration Deadline
• The registration deadline is April 15, 2026.
4.3 Capacity
• The Tournament has a maximum capacity of twelve (12) teams.
• The first eleven (11) teams to complete registration and payment will be accepted.
• One (1) team spot is reserved for a TNS-hosted team.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or close registrations once capacity is reached or after the deadline.
4.4 Team Roster Submission
• The full and final team roster must be submitted no later than April 15, 2026.
• Changes to the roster after this date may be refused at the Organizer’s discretion.
5. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Team
• Teams may cancel their participation by written notice.
• The following refund policy applies:
• Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026:→ 50% of the participation fee will be refunded
• Cancellations received after April 1, 2026:→ No refund will be issued
5.2 No-Show
• No refunds will be granted in case of:
• No-show of the team;
• Partial attendance;
• Player unavailability.
This policy reflects the organizational nature of the Tournament and the costs incurred by the Organizer.
5.3 Cancellation by Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Tournament.
If the Tournament is cancelled by the Organizer:
• The participation fee will be refunded; or
• Participation in a rescheduled event may be offered.
No additional compensation shall be owed.
6. Tournament Format & Organization
• The Tournament is played 5v5.
• A double-elimination format applies.
• Each team will play:
• A minimum of two (2) games; and
• A maximum of seven (7) games.
• All games are professionally officiated.
• The Organizer may adjust:
• Game schedules;
• Brackets;
• Game duration;
• Tournament formatif required for organizational or practical reasons.
All organizational decisions are final and binding.
7. Conduct & Fair Play
7.1 Code of Conduct
Players and teams must follow:
• Instructions from referees;
• Instructions from Tournament staff;
• Official basketball rules as communicated on-site.
7.2 Disqualification
Unsportsmanlike conduct, aggressive behavior, or refusal to follow instructions may result in:
• Immediate disqualification of a player or team;
• Removal from the Tournament;
• No refund of participation fees.
8. Risk, Insurance & Liability
8.1 Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball involves physical contact and inherent risks.All players participate entirely at their own risk.
8.2 Insurance
• Players are responsible for arranging their own sports and health insurance.
• The Organizer does not provide individual insurance coverage.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law:
• The Organizer is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or theft of personal belongings;
• Liability is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Media, Image & Promotion Rights
9.1 Recording
During the Tournament, photos and videos may be taken.
9.2 License
By participating, teams and players grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use images, videos, and recordings for:
• Promotional and marketing purposes;
• Website and blog content;
• Social media;
• Event reporting and archival use.
9.3 No Compensation
Participants waive any right to compensation related to the use of such materials.
10. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
• Government measures
• Public health restrictions
• Extreme weather
• Venue unavailability
• Events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control
In such cases, no refund is due unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Final Provisions & Acceptance
Participation in the Tournament implies full acceptance of these Terms.
In cases not explicitly covered by these Terms, the Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

The Dunk Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by TNS Basketball Academy B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under Dutch law, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. Scope & Applicability
These Participation Conditions and Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all individuals who register for, submit materials to, or participate in the Contest (each a “Participant”).
By registering for or participating in the Contest, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
• Participation is open to individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age on the date of the Contest.
• Participants under eighteen (18) years of age must submit written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
3.2 Physical Fitness
• Participants confirm that they are physically fit, medically able, and sufficiently trained to safely perform basketball dunks.
• The Organizer does not assess individual fitness levels and accepts no responsibility in this regard.
4. Registration, Entry Deadline & Entry Fee
4.1 Registration
Participation requires:
• Completion of the official registration process;
• Submission of the required video materials as set out in Section 5;
• Payment of the applicable entry fee.
Registration is only considered complete once all requirements have been fulfilled.
4.2 Entry Deadline
• All registrations, video submissions, and entry fees must be received no later than 2nd April 20:00 CET (the “Entry Deadline”).
• Submissions received after the Entry Deadline will not be considered, regardless of reason.
4.3 Entry Fee
• The entry fee is non-refundable, except where mandatory under applicable Dutch consumer law.
• Payment of the entry fee does not guarantee selection for live participation in the Contest.
5. Video Submission Requirements
5.1 Number of Videos
Participants must submit two (2) dunk videos as part of the registration process.
5.2 Video Conditions
Each submitted video must:
• Clearly show the Participant performing a basketball dunk;
• Clearly show the Participant’s face;
• Be recorded within six (6) months prior to the Entry Deadline;
• Provide a truthful and fair representation of the Participant’s current physical abilities.
5.3 Review & Rejection
The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Reject videos that do not meet the stated requirements;
• Request clarification or additional information;
• Exclude Participants whose submissions are misleading, incomplete, or non-compliant.
6. Selection of Finalists
• A maximum of ten (10) Participants will be selected to perform live during the Contest.
• Selection is based on the submitted videos and the evaluation of the Organizer and/or a pre-selection panel.
• Submission of videos does not create any entitlement to be selected.
All selection decisions are final and binding.
7. Judging & Competition Rules
7.1 Judges
The Contest will be judged by Chris Staples and four (4) additional judges, appointed by the Organizer.
7.2 Judging Criteria
Performances will be evaluated based on indicative criteria, which may include, but are not limited to:
• Creativity and originality
• Degree of difficulty
• Technical execution
• Athleticism and control
• Style, presentation, and crowd engagement
The weighting, interpretation, and application of these criteria are at the sole discretion of the judges.
7.3 Finality of Decisions
All decisions of the Organizer and the judges, including but not limited to selection, scoring, ranking, disqualification, and interpretation of the rules, are final and binding.
Participants explicitly waive any right to appeal, object to, or challenge such decisions, insofar as permitted under applicable Dutch law.No (http://law.No)correspondence will be entered into regarding such decisions.
8. Conduct, Safety & Disqualification
8.1 Safety
• Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear.
• The Organizer may interrupt or stop any performance at any time for safety reasons.
8.2 Conduct
Unsportsmanlike conduct, offensive behavior, or failure to follow instructions from the Organizer or judges may result in immediate disqualification.
8.3 Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify Participants at any stage for:
• Violation of these Terms;
• Safety concerns;
• Misconduct;
• Misrepresentation or fraud.
9. Intellectual Property & Media Rights
9.1 Ownership Declaration
Participants confirm that they are the sole rights holders of all submitted materials and that no third-party rights are infringed.
9.2 License Grant
By submitting videos and participating in the Contest, Participants grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to:
• Record, use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, and publicly display submitted videos and event footage;
• Use such materials for promotional, commercial, marketing, educational, and archival purposes in all media formats.
9.3 Waiver of Compensation
Participants waive any right to compensation, royalties, or approval in connection with the use of such materials.
9.4 Moral Rights
To the extent permitted under Dutch law, Participants waive any moral rights in relation to the reasonable use, editing, and publication of submitted or recorded content by the Organizer.
10. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
10.1 Withdrawal by Participant
• Participants may withdraw from the Contest at any time by written notice.
• Entry fees remain non-refundable, including in cases of illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or non-selection, as the entry fee relates to participation in a leisure event with a fixed date and limited capacity.
10.2 Cancellation or Modification by Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Cancel, postpone, or modify the Contest;
• Adjust the format, schedule, judges, or location.
If the Contest is cancelled by the Organizer prior to the live event, the Organizer may, at its discretion:
• Refund the entry fee; or
• Offer participation in a rescheduled or alternative event.
No additional compensation shall be owed.
10.3 Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
• Extreme weather conditions
• Governmental measures or restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Venue unavailability
• Events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control
In such cases, entry fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by mandatory Dutch law.
11. Assumption of Risk & Liability
11.1 Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that basketball dunking is an inherently risky physical activity and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law:
• The Organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft arising from participation in the Contest;
• Liability is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11.3 Medical Costs
Participants are solely responsible for any medical treatment or costs incurred.
12. Insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal insurance coverage. The Organizer does not provide individual accident or health insurance.
13. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws.
Data may be used for:
• Contest administration;
• Communication with Participants;
• Marketing and promotional activities related to TNS Basketball Academy.
Participants may request access to or deletion of personal data, excluding materials already lawfully published or used.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
15. Acceptance
By registering for and/or participating in the Contest, Participants confirm that they:
• Have read and understood these Terms;
• Agree to be legally bound by them in full.

2. Scope & Applicability
These Participation Conditions and Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all individuals who register for and/or participate in the Contest.
By registering for the Contest, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
3. Eligibility, Priority & Selection
3.1 Age Requirement
• Participation is open to players sixteen (16) years of age or older on the day of the Contest.
3.2 Priority & Selection Order
• Participation in the 5v5 Tournament is not required to enter the Contest.
• Due to the strictly limited capacity, participant selection follows this fixed and objective order:
1. Players registered for the 5v5 Tournament, selected in chronological order of registration
2. All other registered players, selected in chronological order of registration
• Selection is based solely on the date and time of registration and not on performance, skill level, or any other criteria.
4. Registration, Capacity, Selection & Payment
4.1 Registration
• Registration is completed via the official event website.
• Registration constitutes an expression of interest and does not automatically guarantee participation.
4.2 Capacity
• The Contest has a maximum capacity of ten (10) participants.
• Once ten (10) participants have been confirmed, the Contest is fully booked.
4.3 Selection & Notification
• Registrations are processed in accordance with the priority and chronological order described in Section 3.
• Only the first ten (10) eligible registrants in that order will be selected.
• Selected participants will be contacted no later than 15 April with confirmation of participation.
• Registrants who do not receive a confirmation message by that date should assume that they have not been selected.
4.4 Payment
• Payment is only required after official confirmation of participation.
• A payment link will be shared together with the confirmation message.
• Registration becomes final and binding only after successful payment.
5. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Participant
• Once participation has been confirmed and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:
• Cancellation by the participant;
• Illness or injury;
• Scheduling conflicts;
• No-show on the day of the Contest.
5.2 Cancellation by Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Contest.
If the Contest is cancelled by the Organizer:
• Any participation fee paid will be refunded; or
• Participation in a rescheduled Contest may be offered.
No additional compensation shall be owed.
6. Contest Format & Decisions
6.1 Format
• The Contest format, shooting structure, scoring system, and progression are determined by the Organizer.
• The Organizer may adjust the format or structure if required for organizational or practical reasons.
6.2 Decisions
All decisions regarding:
• Application of the registration order;
• Confirmation of eligibility;
• Contest format;
• Scoring;
• Results;
• Tie-breaking
are made by the Organizer and/or designated officials and are final and binding.
7. Conduct & Fair Play
7.1 Behavior
Participants must:
• Follow instructions from event staff and officials;
• Act in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
7.2 Disqualification
Unsportsmanlike conduct, refusal to follow instructions, or disruptive behavior may result in:
• Immediate disqualification;
• Removal from the Contest;
• No refund of any participation fees.

1. Organizer
The basketball clinics (the “Clinics”) are organized by TNS Basketball Academy B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under Dutch law, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. Scope & Applicability
These Participation Conditions and Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all individuals who register for and/or participate in the Clinics.
By registering for a Clinic or the waitlist, the participant and/or their legal guardian confirms acceptance of these Terms in full.
3. Clinic Overview
The Organizer offers two separate basketball clinics:
• May 1 – Beginner Clinic
• May 2 – Advanced Clinic
Both Clinics are led by Chris Staples and are part of the North Splash World Hoops Classic.
Each Clinic:
• Is a standalone event;
• Has a maximum capacity of thirty (30) confirmed participants;
• Offers a waitlist of up to five (5) participants;
• Requires separate registration per date.
Registration applies only to the selected Clinic date and level.
4. Eligibility, Age & Level Selection
4.1 Age Requirement
• Participation is open to youth players between eight (8) and eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the Clinic.
• Participants under eighteen (18) years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
4.2 Physical Fitness
• Participants must be physically fit and medically able to safely participate in basketball training activities.
• The Organizer does not assess individual fitness levels and accepts no responsibility in this regard.
4.3 Level Responsibility
• Participants (and/or their guardians) are responsible for selecting the Clinic that best matches the participant’s current skill level (Beginner or Advanced).
• The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Reassign a participant to a different group; or
• Refuse participationif the selected level is clearly inappropriate for safety or training-quality reasons.
5. Registration, Capacity, Waitlist & Payment
5.1 Confirmed Registration & Capacity
• Each Clinic has a maximum of thirty (30) confirmed places.
• Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after successful payment.
• Once a Clinic reaches full capacity, no further paid registrations will be accepted.
5.2 Waitlist
• After a Clinic is fully booked, up to five (5) additional participants may register for the waitlist.
• No payment is required to join the waitlist.
• Waitlist registrations are non-binding.
5.3 Offer of Available Place
• If a confirmed participant cancels, the Organizer may offer the available place to the first person on the waitlist, in order of registration.
• The offered participant will be given a reasonable time period to accept the place and complete payment.
• Only after acceptance and payment will the registration become binding.
The Organizer is under no obligation to fill vacated places.
6. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
6.1 Withdrawal by Confirmed Participant
• Confirmed participants may cancel their participation by written notice.
• The following refund policy applies:
• Cancellations received on or before 1 April:→ 50% of the participation fee will be refunded
• Cancellations received after 1 April:→ No refund will be issued
• No refunds will be granted for:
• Illness or injury
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel-related issues
• No-show on the day of the Clinic
This refund policy is based on the organizational nature of the Clinics and the expenses already incurred by the Organizer, including but not limited to staffing, venue, planning, and event preparation costs.
6.2 Cancellation or Modification by Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Cancel, postpone, or modify a Clinic;
• Adjust the schedule, format, coaching structure, or group composition.
If a Clinic is cancelled by the Organizer:
• The participation fee will be refunded; or
• Participation in a rescheduled Clinic may be offered.
No additional compensation shall be owed.
6.3 Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for cancellation or modification due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
• Government restrictions
• Public health measures
• Extreme weather
• Venue unavailability
• Events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control
In such cases, no refund is due unless required by mandatory Dutch law.

7.1 Behavior
Participants must:
• Follow instructions from coaches and staff;
• Behave respectfully toward other participants and staff.
The Organizer may remove a participant from the Clinic for unsafe or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
7.2 Equipment & Attire
Participants must wear appropriate basketball clothing and footwear.

Basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risks.Participants (and/or their guardians) voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law:
• The Organizer is not liable for injury, damage, loss, or theft;
• Liability is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8.3 Medical Responsibility
Participants (and/or their legal guardians) are responsible for:
• The participant’s medical condition;
• Any medical costs incurred.
9. Media, Image & Recording Rights
9.1 Recording & Use
During the Clinics, photos and videos may be taken.
By participating, participants and/or their legal guardians grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use such recordings for:
• Marketing and promotion
• Website and blog content
• Social media content
• Archival purposes
9.2 No Compensation
Participants waive any right to compensation related to the use of such materials.
10. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch privacy laws.
Data will be used solely for:
• Clinic administration
• Communication
• Marketing related to TNS Basketball Academy
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Acceptance
By registering for a Clinic or accepting a waitlist offer, the participant and/or their legal guardian confirms that they:
• Have read and understood these Terms;
• Agree to be legally bound by them.
